HR Manager


Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Job Description:


  • Planning recruitment requirements with operations and functional teams
  • Creating Job descriptions, compensation plans and Job postings
  • Managing recruitment vendors
  • Creating and Coordinating recruitment events and activities to attract resumes and footfall
  • Conducting interviews and other screening activities to identify the correct candidate
  • Create, Negotiate and Close final Compensation and Benefit plans for employees
  • Conducting Reference check for employees that are hired
  • Manage offer letter processing, start day coordination, processing new hire paperwork, Induction of new employees, etc.
  • Advise and assist fellow teammates in all departments on company procedures and ensure compliance at all times. Coordinate employee events.
  • Work with Operations and functional teams to build and manage employee retention practices
  • Develop, update and execute training programs within all functional areas. Respond to questions from employees about HR Policies and HR programs
  • Ensure compliance with HR related country specific laws (for e.g., concerning employee safety, antidiscrimination etc)
  • Ensuring the engagement and satisfaction of employees within the organization
  • Managing Disciplinary action activities where required
  • Conduct goal setting and performance reviews for the entire organization.
  • Maintain relationships and schedules with target educational institutions
  • Conducting Exit interviews and completing exit processes for individuals


Qualifications:


  • Experience in handling employee programs and issues, maintainenance of Employees Records, Payroll, Salary, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree (major or coursework in HR preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to present to large number of employees and interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience and proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast paced, high growth, start up environment preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work on time
  • Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high quality work.

Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:


This role will require knowledge in all areas of digital marketing communications to multiple audiences including all aspects of direct email campaigns, social media and lead generation.

Candidate is required to work with core digital marketing team and play an active role in lead optimization, landing page conversion optimization and cost optimization efforts end to end across digital marketing channels for various projects.


  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven experience in writing / designing quality content for promotion.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Also with additional skills with HTML & Marketing automation tools

Job Description:


As a Research analyst, your core responsibility is to research contact level information for assigned websites/domains/companies etc.
This process includes finding current, validated demographic information for people and companies.


  • Should have a strong interest in research
  • Should be able to do contact discovery and effectively perform research and analysis as per the given criteria.
  • Adopt to doing secondary research on companies and individual using different data source
  • Familiar with international research sources, databases and content
  • Ability to search methodically from a range of publicly available sources
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office
  • Should expertise on finding right contacts within a short span is preferred
  • The process of primary and secondary research will require you to have access on LinkedIn Account and data building tools like Datanyze, etailinsights.

Telemarketing Analyst

Job Description:


The Telemarketing Analyst will make outbound calls to sell/promote client’s products to targeted prospects (businesses and/or individuals).
Candidates in this position will apply professional techniques, including Strategic Business Planning, Comprehensive Customer Profiling and Daily Pipeline Management.


  • Working from customer lists and/or database, making outbound (cold/warm) calls to find qualified leads in the International Market. Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to promote client's products.
  • Understand the particular offering of the client organization
  • Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/ weekly/monthly targets defined for self and team
  • Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies
  • Conduct targeted surveys to identify right business opportunity from prospects.
  • To work towards achieving the highest level of client customer satisfaction


Qualifications:

  • 0-2 yrs of call center or telesales experience using consultative selling skills preferred.
