Job Description

A Business Administrator/Corporate Development Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and help manage office operations. In this dynamic position, it is essential that you anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters or MBA preferred.
    • It is important for a candidate to have a consistent academic record, including a strong performance from school to graduation.
    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or a similar role supporting C-level executives.
    • English fluency is mandatory (first language, mother tongue and/or education).
    • Social, interpersonal, confident communicator; email writing and talking on phone.
    • Must have excellent time management skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
    • Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
    • Excellent with project management, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups, as well as the ability to complete tasks on time and to a high standard.
    • Reliable & stable.
    • Good attitude towards working hard.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.

Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the CEO to ensure that he is well-informed and that appropriate follow-up actions are taken in regard to his upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for business trips.
    • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
    • Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings attended by the CEO.
    • Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations as requested by the CEO.
    • Manage and maintain files, records, and other confidential information for the CEO.
    • Manage the daily incoming and outgoing mail and ensure its timely distribution to the relevant departments or individuals.
    • Additionally, prepare and distribute invoices, documents, and reports as needed.
    • Coordinate with other departments and external contacts as needed to support the CEO's initiatives and priorities.
    • Any other duties that the CEO may reasonably request.
    • Remote work after 2-3 months or can do hybrid hours.
    • Shift: Day (if required, will be asked to do night shift too).
    • Passport holder with the ability to travel overseas is preferred. Experience with international travel is a plus, and holding a US visa is a huge advantage.
