Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. BDR will be focused on setting meetings for the SAM (Sales Account Manager) through various channels like cold calling, emailing, social, and LinkedIn.

    • Experience using a sales CRM (optional)

Responsibilities:

    • Identify and prospect new potential clients
    • Research companies to determine fit.
    • Reach out to prospects to gauge interest.
    • Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, LinkedIn messages and emails.
    • Make around 40-80 cold calls per day.
    • Schedule high-quality meetings for sales account managers
    • Stay on meetings you’ve scheduled with the sales account manager
    • Create and develop new opportunities for your pipeline.
    • Follow-up with potential customers who were interested but did not buy.
    • Update accounts and leads in LISN and SFDC.
    • Prepare a presentation deck and discovery sheet for the particular meeting and share with SAM within 24 hours of meeting.
    • Follow-up with SAMs on the opportunities on do to list of the generated meetings.
