Job Description
The Machintel team is looking for a product marketing leader that represents the voice of the customer before, during and after launch, while helping us refine our messaging and narrative to tell our story to the market.
You will be our expert that will create and optimize our go-to-market strategies for our products and services including product positioning/messaging, competitive intelligence, rich content creation, customer advocacy, and assist in sales enablement to help our sellers close at a higher rate, faster.

Skills:
- 6+ years combined experience as a product marketer and product marketing leader
- A PMM leader with experience marketing to go-to-market teams (ie. Sales, marketing, etc) as well as IT and database administrators
- Have excellent written and verbal skills to communicate at all levels of an organization from the buyer to the end user to the c-suite.
- Someone that works well with others and understands it takes a team to win, but know how to play your part to achieve the ultimate goal.
- You have a natural curiosity to learn, educate, and put pieces together.
- Exceptional data, analysis, and research skills
Responsibilities:
- In your first year, your impact will be...
- Refresh our core value props, product messaging and PMM "bill of materials" (e.g., website, collateral, videos, etc.)
- Collaborate with our CMO and campaigns team to define our go-to-market themes and create key "hub" content to support (e.g., white papers, presentations, etc.)
- Partner with our sales enablement team to ensure that our customer facing teams are armed with all the necessary marchitecture and information to be successful in the field
- Build our win/loss program with regular calendar of insights to PM and field teams
- Build our packaging/pricing framework with bi-yearly refreshes of product pricing
- Inform mid/long-term product roadmap through quarterly competitive, customer, and market insights
- Build trusted, peer-level relationships with executive team, field leaders, and product leaders
- Act as our resident expert to occasionally attend and speak at tradeshows, webinars, and panel discussions to represent our brand
- Hire, mentor, and mange other product marketers to create a world-class team.
- Be the voice of our customer to understand their most pressing needs and wants to help us continue to develop our product and service offerings
- Be a true partner of our customers and help them tell their stories through their use cases so that we can share it with the world
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
