Job Description

A proven B2B Marketer to drive global marketing campaigns to fuel Machintel’s rapid growth. In this role you will be responsible for creating and executing new campaigns for Machintel and its products including Deck 7, Media 7, Eventually, and Attentity and will be the central point for driving the campaigns globally.


    • Any Graduate, MBA preferred.
    • Possess excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills. Ability to write compelling marketing copy.
    • 6+ years of experience in marketing with relevant experience
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
    • Strong communication and project management skills including managing stakeholders and third party marketing agencies
    • Experience in developing / contributing to successful go-to-market strategy and aligned cross-functional planning.
    • Strong track record of delivering against marketing goals
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing investment and campaign effectiveness.
    • Working knowledge of Zoho campaigns and Zoho projects would be preferable.


    • Develop the annual/quarterly campaign plans.
    • Develop and Execute an end-to-end integrated multi-channel brand awareness and demand generation campaigns to drive more pipeline and revenue through new customer acquisition.
    • Own the prospect database and continue to build, enrich, and engage the contacts through activities such as content syndication, HQL programs, hosted webinars, 3rd party webinars, newsletters, etc.
    • You will manage the campaign budget, allocating spend for creative, media, and production and ensuring each campaign delivers a strong ROI. You work test placements and content mix to optimize results in flight.
    • Build integrated campaigns from strategy development to theme conceptualization, content procurement, copywriting, scheduling, logistics, and promotions.
    • Develop testing strategy for email, with focus on subject lines, copy, creative to improve open-rates, click-throughs and conversions.
    • Strong data analysis skills and able to use data to identify trends/insights to optimize performance.
    • Work effectively across different teams to seamlessly bring campaigns to life.
    • Leverage tools to deliver standardized campaign reporting.
