As an SEO Specialist at Machintel, you will play a critical role in optimizing our website and online content to improve search engine visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance our overall online presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement. Your insights and expertise will directly impact our digital marketing efforts, contributing to our success in reaching a broader B2B audience.


    • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in a B2B setting.
    • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
    • Demonstrated experience in conducting keyword research and developing effective SEO strategies.
    • Proficiency in on-page and technical SEO optimization techniques.
    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles related to SEO.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
    • Experience with using AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in your SEO work is a huge plus but not a requirement.


    • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and visibility across search engines for targeted keywords and industry-specific terms.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to identify opportunities for content optimization and creation.
    • Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and designers to optimize on-page content, meta tags, headings, and other relevant elements for SEO best practices.
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and web analytics platforms to identify areas of improvement and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Utilize technical SEO best practices to enhance website structure, crawlability, and indexation, ensuring an optimal user experience and search engine accessibility.
    • Implement and maintain link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink profile, adhering to ethical and white-hat practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments to ensure continuous improvement of SEO initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO strategies into broader marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing efforts.
    • Provide recommendations and insights to improve website architecture, navigation, and user experience to maximize SEO performance.
    • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the proper implementation of SEO recommendations and best practices.
    • Generate and present regular reports on SEO performance and progress to stakeholders and management.
