Sr. Social Media Manager who can lead a team and define the social media strategy for the company and deploy Performance/Paid Marketing Campaigns on various platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) from ideation to execution & measure the success of every social media campaign. He/She should be able to manage the the team in action.


    • 3+ years’ experience managing a team
    • Hand’s on Experience in Managing LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media platforms. (Organic & Paid)
    • Must have experience in B2B industry
    • Knowledge of Tools like Google Analytics, HootSuite, TweetDeck, Oktopost, etc.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent multitasking skills & Good time-management skills
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint.)
    • BBA/ MBA Marketing
    • Digital Marketing Certification
    • HubSpot Social Media Marketing Certification Preferred


    • Plan, design, implement and monitor social media marketing campaigns.
    • Create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.
    • Engage users with prompt responses, organize competitions, ask questions and cultivate relationships.
    • Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective.
    • Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.
    • Design, implement and manage social ad campaigns integrated into the company’s strategic marketing plans.
    • Hire and supervise talented social media specialists, and coordinate their activities to achieve social media campaign objectives.
    • Track social media campaigns’ key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.
