Job Description:

The Telemarketing Analyst will make outbound calls to sell/promote client’s products to targeted prospects (businesses and/or individuals).
Candidates in this position will apply professional techniques, including Strategic Business Planning, Comprehensive Customer Profiling and Daily Pipeline Management.

  • Working from customer lists and/or database, making outbound (cold/warm) calls to find qualified leads in the International Market. Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to promote client's products.
  • Understand the particular offering of the client organization
  • Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/ weekly/monthly targets defined for self and team
  • Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies
  • Conduct targeted surveys to identify right business opportunity from prospects.
  • To work towards achieving the highest level of client customer satisfaction


  • 0-2 yrs of call center or telesales experience using consultative selling skills preferred.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate commitment to task in a highly competitive sales environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively; excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

A. Recruitment:

  • Getting the company careers page updated on timely basis.

B. HR Operations:

  • Taking care of the New Joinee Induction and frequent Employee Health Checks.
  • Managing Leave & Attendance of Employees.
  • Taking care of Confirmation Probation.
  • Assisting the HR Manager in Training & Development.
  • Thoroughly involved and actively running the Fun Committee and Employee Engagement process.
  • Assisting in drafting the policies and processes.
  • Assisting in the Performance Appraisal process.
  • Responsible for entire HR Administrative tasks.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree (major or coursework in HR preferred).
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills.
  • Ability to present to large number of employees and interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
