Cornerstone, a global leader in cloud-based human capital management software, provides a single unified solution that covers al phases of the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, training and collaboration, to performance management, compensation, succession planning, people administration and analytics.

To increase brand awareness and engage potential clients, Cornerstone conducted lead-generation campaigns focused on mid to enterprise-sized organizations across the US.  All industries were included as Cornerstone works with companies of all sizes, government agencies, hospitals, nonprofits, and schools.

Target prospects included benefits directors, recruiting directors, HR directors, VP-level titles in HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Training/Development, senior management, and C-level titles. Branded content was developed and provided by Cornerstone's marketing team for promotion. The preferred marketing methods were email marketing and content syndication across a variety of channels.

The Human Resources Report, Machintel's publication for HR, compensation, and benefits decision-makers, and its associated social media communities were used to engage the target audiences. Micro-sites were built for each of the digital assets used and all site visitors were retargeted to enhance brand and product awareness.

The multi-touch campaign achieved high levels of engagement, on-time delivery of leads, and 100% acceptance rates of the leads generated.
