Epicor provides industry-specific business software designed around the needs of manufacturing, distribution, retail, and services organizations to over 20,000 customers in 150 countries. Machintel conducted lead generation for Epicor's ERP solutions focused on small to mid-sized manufacturing businesses (with specific employee size and revenue criteria) in the US.

The target audiences included IT and technology managers, directors, and C-level officers. Branded content was developed by Epicor's marketing team and provided for further promotion. The preferred marketing methods were email marketing and content syndication across a variety of channels.

The Manufacturing Report, Machintel's publication for manufacturing decision makers, and its associated social media communities were used to engage the target audiences with Epicor's product information. Micro-sites were built for each of the digital assets used and all site visitors were retargeted to enhance brand and product awareness. Contact information for all leads were tele-verified prior to integration with Epicor's CRM systems.

The campaign achieved high levels of engagement with repeat interactions through retargeting, on-time delivery of leads, and 100% acceptance rates of the MQL leads generated.
