Job Description:


  • Responsible for lead generation through exhaustive Market Research, cold calling, email campaigns and social media.
  • Experience in developing healthy lead pipeline from the ground up.
  • Liaising with individuals identified as potential leads and working out schedules/appointments for VP and Director to follow up.
  • A candidate with experience in the Digital Marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with impeccable presentation skills.
  • Candidate should have good hands-on creating and running marketing email campaigns.
  • Vibrant personality with a natural flair for interacting with people at all levels.
  • Result-oriented with excellent planning and organizational ability.
  • Should have 2-3 years of experience in US and UK market

Telemarketing Analyst

Job Description:


The Telemarketing Analyst will make outbound calls to sell/promote client’s products to targeted prospects (businesses and/or individuals).
Candidates in this position will apply professional techniques, including Strategic Business Planning, Comprehensive Customer Profiling and Daily Pipeline Management.


  • Working from customer lists and/or database, making outbound (cold/warm) calls to find qualified leads in the International Market. Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to promote client's products.
  • Understand the particular offering of the client organization
  • Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/ weekly/monthly targets defined for self and team
  • Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies
  • Conduct targeted surveys to identify right business opportunity from prospects.
  • To work towards achieving the highest level of client customer satisfaction


Qualifications:


  • 0-2 yrs of call center or telesales experience using consultative selling skills preferred.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate commitment to task in a highly competitive sales environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively; excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Previous work experience in B2B sales/ Lead Generation is an advantage
  • Previous work experience in Outbound BPO International process is preferred

Programmatic Media Buyer/Analyst

Responsibilities:


Programmatic media buyer is responsible for administering and helping to manage programmatic media buying along with paid advertising capabilities. Programmatic media buyer quickly understands and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of campaigns.


Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:


  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Ideate, plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive display and native marketing strategies, media plans, and campaigns
  • Build, traffic, and launch campaigns within DSPs as well as own publishing sites
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to maximize ROI, ensuring that KPIs and objectives are met both near and long term
  • Analyze daily performance to inform optimization and testing
  • Innovate around new creative formats, technologies, tracking, and media formats
  • Ensure alignment of display and programmatic campaigns to customer goals


Professional Competencies:


  • 2+ years of hands-on media buying, via direct publishers, ad networks, exchanges, and DSPs, ideally in the lead generation space
  • Experienced in managing programmatic and RTB campaigns and optimizing towards business goals
  • Working ad operations proficiency to traffic, QA, and troubleshoot ad tags / assets and campaign tracking / measurement
  • Broad understanding of the programmatic media and paid social landscape; ability to make targeting and tactical recommendations to accomplish various marketing goals
  • Well-versed in display marketing best practices and measurement
  • Proven experience profitably driving high-volume display customer acquisition
  • Experience with professional analytics tools and analysis methods
  • Robust analytical skills and ability to work with and analyze a large volume of complex data
  • Expertise with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Hands-on experience within at least one demand-side platform and Facebook Ads Manager/Power Editor
  • Experience in Adroll, Google ads remarketing campaigns
