Sales Account Manager

Job Description:


  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
  • Experience in developing healthy lead pipeline from the ground up.
  • A candidate with experience in the Digital Marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with impeccable presentation skills.
  • Vibrant personality with a natural flair for interacting with people at all levels.
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly leads and revenue objectives.
  • Should have 2-3 years of experience in international markets preferably US and UK market.
  • Ensure the hand-off to the Account Executives is smooth.

Telemarketing

Job Description:


The Telemarketing Analyst will make outbound calls to sell/promote client’s products to targeted prospects (businesses and/or individuals).
Candidates in this position will apply professional techniques, including Strategic Business Planning, Comprehensive Customer Profiling and Daily Pipeline Management.


  • Working from customer lists and/or database, making outbound (cold/warm) calls to find qualified leads in the International Market. Actively profile all customers and use effective telephone selling skills to promote client's products.
  • Understand the particular offering of the client organization
  • Focused on achieving/ exceeding daily/ weekly/monthly targets defined for self and team
  • Effectively perform outbound calls to target prospects in defined geographies
  • Conduct targeted surveys to identify right business opportunity from prospects.
  • To work towards achieving the highest level of client customer satisfaction


Qualifications:


  • 0-2 yrs of call center or telesales experience using consultative selling skills preferred.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter and demonstrate commitment to task in a highly competitive sales environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively; excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Previous work experience in B2B sales/ Lead Generation is an advantage
  • Previous work experience in Outbound BPO International process is preferred

Job Description:


As a Systems Administrator, you will work in a mixed UNIX and Windows virtual environment managing cloud infrastructure services and multiple cloud server instances.


  • Configure and fine tune cloud infrastructure systems
  • Install and configure virtual cloud instances
  • Support cloud servers including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop scripts for automating client / server functions.
  • Monitor automated systems recovery solutions.
  • Experience with deploying applications on the AWS / Azure
  • Good knowledge of IIS 7/8
  • Understanding of configuration and function of common protocols and services such as DNS, SMTP, SSH
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and other LAN/WAN networking protocols such as DHCP, VPN, NAT
  • Advance understanding of Active Directory domain services, functionality and administration


Qualifications:


  • BE Computer science OR equivalent with 6-7 years of experience of Linux/Windows server administration
  • Experience in ISO 27001 implementation (Preferred)
  • Proficient with MS Server 2003-2012, RHEL, Cisco IOS, Oracle, My SQL
  • Experience with supporting application and database servers
  • Strong experience with Apache and IIS
  • Experience with AWS / Azure (Preferred)
