AI/ML Engineer

Machintel is looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. You will work on building and deploying web-based enterprise-level applications leveraging multiple Large Language Models (LLMs). The role requires strong expertise in AI technologies, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), agents, fine-tuning, and integration with external tools via APIs. Skills 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Python and AWS web application development.
• Experience with building and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) for real-world applications.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and the use of AI agents for task automation.
• Experience with API development, ensuring security, scalability, and robustness.
• Familiarity with Langchain or similar frameworks for managing multiple AI models and workflows.
• Experience working with vector databases.
• Knowledge of AWS services and solutions (only AWS, not GCP or Azure).
• Familiarity with tools like Make.com and Voiceflow.com is a plus.
• Experience with site reliability engineering is a plus.
• Exposure to international projects or product development for global clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning models and LLMs in production environments.
• Work on fine-tuning LLMs for specific use cases and improve their performance.
• Develop and maintain APIs to connect LLMs to external systems with security and scalability.
• Implement and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for AI-driven content retrieval systems.
• Build, test, and deploy AI-powered applications with Langchain and agentic frameworks.
• Work with AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment, scaling, and monitoring of AI applications.
• Integrate and connect AI solutions with external tools and services via secure APIs.
• Optimize data storage solutions and connections for scalable AI systems.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure AI-driven workflows are effective and optimized.
