Executive Admin for VP Sales

The role of Executive Admin exists to assist the VP of Sales in several areas,,, such as updating accounts, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM, running sales, lead and opportunity reports, contract composition and/or rebranding and preparing, email monitoring and vetting, and in general, assisting in daily task overflow to ensure timely delivery and note-keeping on clients and client interactions.

  • Industry knowledge of the marketing landscape, components,
  • A growth mindset is proactive and is able to take initiative where needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with SEMs and prospects, taking detailed notes and being well organized
  • Experience with SDR tech stack or similar tools: CRM, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, LeadIQ, etc.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques such as cold calling, email prospecting, social selling, and conducting effective sales presentation creation and /or updating
  • Ability to learn, the demand generation process
  • Understanding some of the principles of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, online advertising, and the lead generation process. Familiarity with popular digital marketing platforms and tools is also valuable.
  • He or she should have a solid understanding of the company's products or services, as well as the ability to quickly grasp industry-specific terminology and concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales and BDR teams to help update/edit/ personalize sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the company's value proposition to prospects.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Machintel’s service lines and value proposition.
  • Liaising with individuals identified as potential leads and helping to work out schedules/appointments to follow up on
  • Initiate contact with prospects through various means such as calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and personalized messaging to follow up and schedule / confirm meetings
  • Ability to work with all different department stakeholders to get the best results internally and for the client
  • Ability to organize sales funnel and assist to run reports to forecast sales accurately for Leadership
  • Create a sense of urgency revenue wise to move sale more quickly through the sales process.
  • Assist to Rally internal resources to win more bids for Demand Gen and marketing services.
