DocuSign's Digital Transaction Management (DTM) platform and eSignature solution helps more than 250,000 companies and 100 million users in 188 countries to sign, send and manage documents. To build awareness of the brand and identify potential customers within government agencies, DocuSign partnered with Machintel to conduct lead generation campaigns across the United States.
The target audiences included Marketing Managers and above, at US agencies and government organizations with 500 or more employees. The preferred marketing methods were email marketing and content syndication across a variety of channels. DocuSign provided 8 regionally specific case studies and white paper reports for further promotion to target audiences.
The Government Report, Machintel's publication for political news and resources, and its associated social media communities were used to engage the target audiences with promotional content. A micro-site was built for the digital assets, and all site visitors were retargeted to enhance brand awareness.
The campaigns achieved high levels of engagement with repeat interactions through retargeting, on-time delivery of leads, and 100% acceptance rates of the MOL leads generated.
