DocuSign's Digital Transaction Management (DTM) platform and eSignature solution helps more than 250,000 companies and 100 million users in 188 countries to sign, send and manage documents.
Recognizing the need for e-signature solutions in the insurance industry, DocuSign conducted lead-generation campaigns across the US and Canada. To promote brand awareness and engage potential clients, these campaigns were targeted at insurance agents and brokers, and senior executives at mid to large-sized P&C carriers and life insurance companies.
Branded content was developed by DocuSign and provided for further promotion. An independent report from Celent profiling 10 eSignature vendors was also used. The preferred marketing methods were email marketing and content syndication across a variety of channels
The Capital Report, Machintel's publication for decision-makers in the insurance industry, and its associated social media communities were used to engage the target audiences with promotional content. Several micro-sites were developed for the campaign and all site visitors were retargeted to enhance brand and product awareness.
The campaign achieved high levels of engagement with repeat interactions through retargeting, on-time delivery of leads, and 100% acceptance rates of the MQL leads generated.
