Innovating Digital Transaction Management in Real Estate



DocuSign's Digital Transaction Management (DTM) platform and eSignature solution help more than 250,000 companies and 100 million users in 188 countries to sign, send and manage documents through e-signature solutions. To promote awareness of DocuSign's involvement in xDTM, a new standard for trust and connectivity around digital transaction management, DocuSign conducted lead generation campaigns across the United States.
The target audiences included IT managers and decision-makers at US companies whose business revenues exceeded 100 million. The preferred marketing methods were email marketing and content syndication across a variety of channels. DocuSign provided a white paper in xDTM through Aragon Research for further promotion.
Real Estate Report, Machintel’s publication for decision-makers in the Real Estate industry, and its associated social media communities were used to engage the target audiences with promotional content. All micro-site visitors were retargeted to enhance brand and product awareness.
The campaign achieved high levels of engagement, on-time delivery of leads, and 100% acceptance rates of MQL leads generated.
