IBM's Insurance Industry Group provides technology solutions to the insurance industry in the areas of customer insight, distribution management, customer engagement, end-to-end digitization, core systems modernization, risk and compliance, counter fraud, cyber security, and financial performance management.

IBM conducted lead generation campaigns across the US to promote brand awareness and engage potential clients. Due to the broad nature of IBM's solutions, these campaigns were targeted at the manager and above titles at mid to enterprise-sized companies.

In association with The Weather Company, IBM's Institute for Business Value, and IBM Analytics, branded content, including video, was developed and provided for further promotion. The preferred marketing methods were email marketing and content syndication across a variety of channels.

The Capital Report, Machintel's publication for decision-makers in the insurance industry, and its associated social media communities were used to engage the target audiences with promotional content. Several micro-sites were developed for the campaign and al site visitors were retargeted to enhance brand and product awareness.
