Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud) was the first company to introduce an enterprise-class cloud e-commerce platform that enabled retailers and brands to move beyond legacy platforms. The platform capabilities include digital commerce, predictive intelligence, point of sale, and order management for hundreds of retail brands, and thousands of commerce websites around the world, powering commerce across web, mobile, social, and store channels.

To identify potential clients for their services in the UK, Demandware conducted lead generation campaigns focused on key decision makers at mid-market to enterprise retailers. Target prospects included C-level titles like CMOs, CISOs, and CTOs, VP and director-level titles in marketing and e-commerce, and other relevant TI and marketing titles.

Branded content was developed by Demandware's marketing team and provided for further promotion. The preferred marketing methods were email marketing and content syndication across a variety of channels.

The POS Report, Machintel's publication for retail and wholesale trade decision makers, and its associated social media communities were used to engage the target audiences with Demandware's promotional content. A micro-site was built for the digital asset and all site visitors were retargeted to enhance brand and product awareness.

The campaign achieved high levels of engagement with repeat interactions through retargeting, on-time delivery of leads, and 100% acceptance rates of the MQL leads generated.
