KeyBank is one of the nation's largest bank-based financial services companies. KeyBank serves 15 states via a network of more than 1,200 branches and more than 1,500 KeyBank ATMs. KeyBank also serves business owners by identifying new opportunities, planning strategies, and financing acquisitions.

To assist healthcare providers with their needs in financing acquisitions, KeyBank conducted lead generation campaigns across the US targeted at small to mid-sized healthcare companies.

The target audiences included CEOs, CFOs, owner/operators, treasurers, finance directors, and revenue cycle director titles. Branded content was developed by KeyBank's marketing team and provided for further promotion. The preferred marketing methods were email marketing and content syndication across a variety of channels.

The Capital Report and the Healthcare Report, Machintel’s publications for C-level/financial and healthcare decision makers respectively, and their associated social media communities were used to engage the target audiences with promotional content. A micro-site for KeyBank was built for the campaign and all site visitors were retargeted to enhance brand and product awareness.

The campaign achieved high levels of engagement with repeat interactions through retargeting, on-time delivery of leads, and 100% acceptance rates of the MOL leads generated.
