In 2016, Skillsofl partnered with Machintel in a lead generation campaign to promote their products and services and identify potential customers.
The target audiences included Managers and HR professionals with roles in Personnel Learning & Development. All industries were targeted in this nationwide campaign, with fillers in place to identify company size, area, industry, and budget. The preferred marketing methods were email marketing and content syndication across a variety of channels. Skillsoft provided 4 white paper reports with educational content for managers and HR professionals for further promotion to target audiences.
The Human Resources Report, Machintel’s publication for HR, benefits, and compensation decision-makers, and its associated social media communities were used to engage the target audiences with promotional content. A micro-site was built to host the digital assets and collect information on potential leads.
The campaigns achieved high levels of engagement with repeat interactions through retargeting, on-time delivery of leads, and 100% acceptance rates of the MQL leads generated.
